We endeavour to keep prices on our website as current as possible. Should the price of an item you wish to purchase have changed since our last update, we will contact you before processing your order. The Accordion Lounge will be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product (or products) advertised at an incorrect price.
Prices quoted for made to order accordions are for guidance only. Prices may vary according to specification, selected optional extras, shipping costs and the exchange rate on delivery to the UK.
The Accordion Lounge reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for new Italian hand made accordions are normally 16 to 20 weeks. However, recent world events have resulted in longer lead times. During August and December the factories have extended holiday periods so delivery times increase during these periods.
The Accordion Lounge will work to keep you updated on progress of your order on a regular basis.
Product Descriptions
The pictures and descriptions used on our website are for guidance only. Where possible we use photographs of the actual items in stock.
When manufacturers upgrade and improve their products, we cannot always update our site with new images and descriptions immediately. However, we undertake to inform customers of significant changes to product specifications prior to fulfilling any orders.
Returns
We aim to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, however, occasionally it may be necessary to return a faulty or defective item to us.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please inform us by telephone, email or in writing within 2 days of the date of receipt. We will be happy to arrange a repair or supply replacement goods and arrange the return of the faulty item. Damaged or faulty items must be returned in their original packaging (undamaged) and with all labels still attached.
Bespoke accordions and special order instruments/accessories are non returnable and non refundable. If damaged or faulty we will arrange suitable repair.
Accordions advertised on behalf of private sellers are sold as seen and are non returnable and non refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time up to the date of receipt by telephone, email or in writing.
Refunds for mail order item(s) cancelled after they have been prepared for dispatch exclude post and packaging.
Orders cancelled between the date of dispatch and receipt must be returned undamaged and in new condition, with all labels still attached and complete with all the original packaging, which must also be undamaged.
Unless faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
Bespoke accordions and special order instruments/accessories are non refundable.
A deposit is required for all made to order accordions. Payable at the time of ordering, the deposit becomes non refundable 14 days from the date of payment.
Items are non returnable and non refundable if after receipt you change your mind.
Instruments and accessories advertised on our site on behalf of private sellers are excluded from our cancellation and returns policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be made as quickly as possible after we receive a returned item and always within 14 calendar days of this date.
Guarantees
New Accordions
New accordions are guaranteed for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defective parts and workmanship subject to the condition that the accordion has not been tampered with in any way, and the bellows pins have not been removed.
Electronic components/systems are guaranteed for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defective parts and workmanship subject to the condition that the components/systems have not been tampered with in any way.
This guarantee excludes defects and/or damage caused by misuse, careless handling and/or negligence, third party modifications and repairs, broken reeds and tuning.
Used Accordions
The overall condition of used instruments will be commensurate with age and usage.
Used accordions are guaranteed for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defective parts and workmanship subject to the condition that the accordion has not been tampered with in any way, and the bellows pins have not been removed.
Electronic components/systems are not guaranteed.
This guarantee excludes defects and/or damage caused by misuse, careless handling and/or negligence, third party modifications and repairs, broken reeds and tuning, and instruments advertised on behalf of private individuals which are sold as seen.
These guarantees do not include transport costs. All transport costs incurred in arranging and effecting any repair are at the owners expense.
Guarantees apply only to customers resident in the UK.
All guarantees are non-transferable.
After Sales
The Accordion Lounge provides a full after sales service for all our accordions, new and pre-owned.
Data Protection
The Accordion Lounge ensures that all customer information remains strictly confidential.
We do not disclose customer information to any third party.
We do not store credit or debit card details in any format.
